Choose a full-electric stacker if you stack more than 15 to 20 pallets per shift or move loads over long distances, and a semi-electric stacker for occasional, short-distance stacking on a tighter budget. Full-electric models like the Sumachay SST15 power both travel and lift, so the operator steers instead of pushing. Semi-electric models like the SSE15 power only the lift and are pushed by hand, which lowers the purchase price. The crossover point is duty cycle: high daily volume favours full-electric through reduced fatigue and faster cycles.

Sumachay stacker machines lift from 1.5 m on the SESL0515 up to 4.5 m on the SST1645R ride-on, with the SST1630 at 3 m and the SST15 available in 3 m, 3.5 m, and 4 m mast options. Load capacities are 500 kg on the SESL0515, 1,500 kg on the SST15 and SSE15, and 1,600 kg on the SST1630 and SST1645R. Match the lift height to your top racking level, then confirm the rating holds at full lift height, since stacker capacity can derate as the forks rise.

Sumachay walk-behind stackers fit aisles as narrow as about 2.0 m, while the SST1645R ride-on needs more room for its turning radius.
