Warranty Information – SESL0515 Semi-Lifting Stacker
Your SESL0515 stacker includes a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repair or replacement for manufacturer defects under normal operating conditions.
Exclusions include damages due to misuse, overloading, water exposure, or lack of maintenance. Components such as wheels, fuses, and cosmetic wear are not covered.
Routine maintenance is required to maintain warranty eligibility. This includes regular battery charging, avoiding corrosive environments, and keeping the unit clean and lubricated.
Warranty service is handled by our Bengaluru team through remote diagnosis and replacement parts; on-site service is not included under warranty.
