What warranty is included?
12-month limited warranty on all machines, starting on the invoice date. It covers manufacturing defects; for lithium batteries, normal gradual loss of capacity is not covered. Warranty service is handled by our Bengaluru team through remote diagnosis and replacement parts; on-site service is not included under warranty.
Does it fit standard Indian warehouse pallets?
