How can I run the SESR15 all day without downtime?
The SESR15 ships with a 24V 20Ah lithium-ion battery, ideal for single-shift use (20–50 pallets/day). A 40Ah option doubles runtime and suits heavier daily throughput. Both use the same 220V charger.
How long does the battery last per charge?
Under normal warehouse conditions the 20Ah battery provides a full 8-hour shift of intermittent pallet moves. Continuous heavy-load use may reduce runtime. Charge time is approximately 4–5 hours on a standard 220V outlet.
How long does it take to fully charge?
Yes. The SESR15 forks are 45″ L × 27″ W, designed for standard pallets used across Indian warehouses. For Euro pallets, consider the SESR15-N (21″ W forks).
Can I swap batteries quickly?
Yes. The lithium-ion battery is removable and designed for tool-free swaps. With a second battery on hand, swapping takes under a minute. No tools, no wiring. Slide out the depleted battery and slide in a charged one.

Can this replace a manual pallet jack completely?
For most single-shift warehouse operations, yes. The SESR15 eliminates manual pumping and reduces operator fatigue across 8-hour shifts. Facilities typically keep one manual jack as a backup.
Can it handle dock plates and small ramps?
Yes. The SESR15 handles standard dock plates and shallow warehouse ramps under normal conditions. For heavy, continuous ramp duty or steeper grades, consider stepping up to the SELR20+ for additional capacity and motor power.
