Every SER20 Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack is backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
What's Covered: Repair or replacement of defective components including drive system, control unit, battery, and lift motor—provided the equipment has been used appropriately and maintained as per guidelines.
What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (e.g., wheels, brushes, fuses), damage caused by misuse, accidents, overloading, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to corrosive environments.
Support: Customers may request warranty service through approved service partners or by shipping the unit to an authorized Sumachay repair center. Service must be scheduled and authorized in advance.
