Start by identifying your equipment model number (found on the nameplate or in your purchase records). Then search this collection by model or part type. If you are unsure which part you need, contact our parts team with your model number and a description of the issue we will help identify the correct part.

We stock wheels (load and steering), casters, lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries, battery chargers, hydraulic pump assemblies, seals, O-rings, control boards, handles, throttle assemblies, and common wear items. Our inventory covers parts for most Sumachay equipment models.

Many parts like wheels, casters, and handles can be replaced on-site with basic tools. Battery swaps are straightforward on most models. Hydraulic and electrical components may require technical knowledge. We provide installation guidance and can walk you through the process by phone if needed.

We supply OEM-compatible parts manufactured to match original specifications. These parts are the same quality and fitment as factory originals. We do not sell generic aftermarket parts with unknown specifications.

Most in-stock parts ship within 1–3 business days. Common wear items and batteries are prioritized for fast dispatch. Toronto-area customers can pick up same-day or next-day for in-stock items. Contact us for availability on less common parts.

Replacement parts include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. Batteries carry a 12 month warranty depending on type. If a part fails prematurely, contact our support team for warranty evaluation and replacement.
